Rides are available for all ages and skill levels from beginner to expert. Our horseback tours wind through some of the most beautiful scenery that southern Utah has to offer. Come explore trails taken by old west outlaws and enjoy a rare chance to see remnants of ancient Native Americans. Some trails are more rugged than others so for safety reasons we require that children must be at least 7 years old to participate.

Took the family (boys aged 9 and 13) on the half day ride. The trail was beautiful. We rode into the Red Canyon down a mostly dry creek bed. The scenery was great. The horses knew the path well and took little effort to keep moving. This ride does do a loop and you return back on the same trail although the view is different coming out of the canyon. The ride is in the Dixie National Forest and not in Bryce Canyon itself. Everyone enjoyed the ride and were impressed that the guides selected horses that met the personalities of everyone in the party.

Having never ridden a horse before my wife and I booked the half day ride at over 50 years old this was a real experience. We were picked up on time from reception at Ruby’s Inn and driven by minibus to the start of the ride. We arrived as a group and were then giving our horses, the Wrangles were fantastic very calm and knowledgeable which gave us confidence, they gave clear instructions on how to get into the saddle, the helped get us comfortable by adjusting the stirrups to fit each of us. We had been advised to bring small water bottles and these were stowed in our saddle bags.Once everyone was ready we headed out on the trail into Red Canyon what a fantastic experience our Wrangles offered advice on handling our horses and pointed out features and rock formations along the trail. My advice even if you are a complete novice book this experience it will be something you will never forget,can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism.

A little disappointed because we were sold this ride on the canyon bryce park... we made more forest than anything else it's a shame. The experience was nice, the horses adorable, flat for the animators at first because not being super comfortable with their language, they didn't really try to understand but they were safety guidelines so announce them without being understood... there is a problem anyway! Fortunately, we had already ridden in France. To discover or not.
