The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. It was a beautiful and wonderful why to start a fun day. I was traveling in a group with adults, teens and a kid. Everyone enjoyed it for different reasons but it was a great experience for anyone. I would recommend it as a fun way to get from salem to boston. The ferry even docked on the long harbor which had three of our activities on it.

Comfortable, professional, friendly, prompt, and efficient. What else do you need in basic transportation? Went for a day trip to Salem with the family.

This left right on time. The drop off location was so convenient. The captain also had food information about Salem.
