You will be awestruck by the spectacular scenery as your Jeep winds its way through the bones of the earth. During your adventure, you will stop several times for short nature walks, including a short hike through a slot canyon, if desired.

This tour also stops at a natural palm oasis, where water bubbles up from the ground year-round. Here you will learn about how the Cahuilla Indians used desert plants to survive in this inhospitable environment.

A final highlight is a guided tour of our recreated Cahuilla Indian Village that showcases the lifestyle and culture of the Cahuilla people.

We loved it! Ray (our guide) was awesome! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. A couple of the hikes might be a little much for someone who struggles breathing or walking but they can choose to wait also. Not Required.

I have done quite a few different trips all over the world and you never really know what you are going to get ! Captain Ron was very enthusiastic and informative, without being like a school teacher. There was quite a lot of driving involved but Ron felt it was important to show as much of the Fault as possible, which I did agree with. We saw a lot in the time we had, and the trip was actually longer than the advertised time, which is nice as it shows that he wasn't rigidly keeping to a timetable and was being at ease and genuine with the group. Easy meet up in a restaurant car park rather than having to be driven all over the place picking people up. Highly recommended.

Excellent way to learn about the area in a fun interactive way! Our guide Ron was very knowledgeable and brought us to some amazing sites while teaching us about the history of the San Andreas fault area.
