We enjoyed our morning with guide Collin. 4 hours went fast !!!! Loved the drive thru the Fault and park.

The tour was a big disappointment. We know the basics of the geology of the area and let the company know we wanted a guide who could answer more in-depth questions. They assured us they would match us appropriately. Our guide was friendly and an excellent driver but his knowledge was very shallow. Plus he had difficulty answering questions succinctly and clearly. If you have a request, don’t expect the company to honor it, even though they invite input so they can best match customer and guide. We did appreciate getting into areas we would not have driven on our own, but there was minimal learning to be had. I had hoped to keep this feedback private, just to the company, but they did not acknowledge my feedback so I feel no compunction about making it public.

Thanks to your review we have remedied that additional notes snafu on the Peek booking system that previously did not allow us to see any special requests that guests put on their reservation. It was our first time to the area and we only had two days. This tour was worth it. Jeff was a wonderful guide and really cared about our experience. He was knowledgeable and kind.
