We spent an afternoon touring the harbour on the spirit of San Diego. It was an excellent narrated tour, the narrator was very knowledgeable about San Diego and the sites we were seeing. Food and drink available onboard.

The views are awesome! And the way the captain explains the tours so. Unfortunately restrooms were ran out water and dirty.
