Some of the stops were too short to do anything of meaning. The guide was great. Had a lot of information. I would choose to see San Diego differently if I had to do it over.

This is a half-day tour, and the tour includes all the must see's. Sometimes the full day tours are more likely to get cancelled because they are harder to keep booked up. Our tour bus was new'ish and very comfortable. You're slightly rushed at some of the stops, but it's manageable. Just don't dilly dally.
