What a SCAM! I would AVOID!!! booked this for January 27. I was told by Roxane that she had to cancel because there was not enough people. She told me that January 28 would be better. She did not offer any sort of refund for cancelling. She moved it to January 28. I changed my schedule to make it to the January 28 tour at 9:30. I arrived at 9:34 and I was told by Roxane that she can't wait because everyone else was there. She would not refund me or move me to a different tour. I would not recommend. There are other tours in San Diego. Roxane is running a scam.

Hello Jennifer, So the company is a scam because you couldn’t be on time at the pick up location? Unfortunately yes, the tour was canceled on January 27th due to a lack of passenger. I offered you to reschedule for the next day, which you agreed to it right away. If you had told me you couldn’t reschedule of course you would have got a full refund! The day before the tour, I sent you a text, with all the information about the pick up, asking you to be there at 9.25, and saying that if you are late the bus will leave, and won’t wait for you. I waited until 9.35. You finally texted me at 9.40,(I have texts to prove it) to let me know you were here! Everyone was on time, we waited for you, you didn’t even bother picking up the phone when I tried to call you. I’m sorry but you knew the tour is on schedule, people have other plans after the tour, I have to keep working after the tour, so I’m sorry we couldn’t wait another 10mins just for you. I also told you, if you come back to San Diego, I will honor your ticket. I don’t see how any of this is a scam, but not respecting people’s time, is very disrespectful. And telling the company is a scam because you couldn’t make it on time to the pick up location is very ironic. Thank you

Roxanne was the best! We really enjoyed her and her trip showing us San Diego. She was wonderful to keep in texted contact with us to make sure her tour was a "go" during the uncertain times in a covid world.
