Unfortunately due to out cruise ship change of itinerary we did not make it to San Diego. I did send two emails to Viator informing them of the change but to date have not had any acknowledgement that these were received. Emails were sent on 3rd and 9th of August.
Looking forward to a reply regarding this lack of communication.
