This company sold us its tour and did not warn us that the last buses were at 4 p.m., even though we had purchased the tour at 1 p.m. Also no indication on their flyer. As a result, as we stopped at Fisherman's Wharf 10 minutes after our departure, we were not able to see the whole of the city. It's very expensive to only see 3 stops on the tour. In addition, their bus is absolutely not luxury, they are old buses without headphones and it is the driver who makes the comments in English. An application to manage yourself is however available to get the tour in your language. A little transparency on schedules would have been welcome. A lot of us waited for a bus for nothing, until we called their number which told us that the last bus was at 4 p.m.…

This tourist attraction is not worth the money. The buses look like they are in a state of disrepair and the explanations are only in English, even though the brochure advertises multilingual tour guides. The individual stations are not clearly marked and there is no timetable. The live tour guide does briefly explain the buildings, but only as you drive past, and by the time you notice them, you have already passed them.

The tour was not bad, but the guide was terrible, he provided little relevant information about the places being visited. The bus was old and dirty. We only got off in Chinatown and they left us at a stop where we had to walk quite a bit, and at the time we wanted to continue the route, the bus did not arrive. There are other companies that offer the same tour, I recommend that you try another one.
