I was charged for a SIGNATURE DINNER CRUISE, which is the buffet cruise. But what we had was a small 3 course meal. I was asking for a refund for the price difference but they said I was in the cruise so there’ll be no price adjustment. I called several times, wasted my time hoping I could get a partial refund since I paid more than the price I should. Bad customer service. I couldn’t even get hold of a supervisor or a manager. I could only speak to a call center agent. Too much dismay.

It was great. The staff and everyone was awesome. Great atmosphere and nice people The DJ was great. Our waiter was outstanding.

I wasted so much time calling and trying to settle the amount that I was overcharged for San Francisco Signature Dinner Cruise for 8 persons which turned out to be just a 3 meal course instead of a Buffet!!! I was also expecting Hornblower Bell Yacht but to my dismay it was way smaller than I was expecting. I called Viator many times and was asking for a manager but the representative would always say I will fix the issue for you. They would put me on hold for so long. They would ask me to call Hornblower but according to Hornblower they had nothing to do with Viator’s booking and over pricing. Until after probably over 10 times, I received an email saying that the case is closed and theees nothing they can do to refund the overpriced dinner. What a way to rob people! Bad business!!! I am a Certified Travel Agent, I would never ever recommend VIATOR.INC for bookings! NEVER!!!
