On our Secret Food Tour: San Francisco, the Mission District, you'll see how immigrants shaped the neighborhood by creating brilliant artwork, beautiful architecture and sharing their fantastic food! Originally home to Irish, German, and Italian immigrants, it is now the epicenter of San Francisco's Latino culture.

The Mission District is full of vibrant murals that offer a visual history lesson featuring themes ranging from cultural heritage to social-political statements. We will take a stroll through the neighborhood to get an up-close experience.

Our tours are more than just the food. Our local guides connect the dots between history, culture, and cuisine to provide you with a deep understanding of the Mission District's thriving culinary scene!

Jamie was knowledgeable and a great guide we had such a fun afternoon with him. Great food and fun! The places we visited had a unique variety of food choices we never would have tried on our own.

We had an amazing time with Mark . We had a bit of a delayed start as the Vice president was in Fairmount and we couldn’t get there to park our car . Mark was very helpful and patient. I am new to the food tour scene , but now really like the idea . It is an amazing way to get a feel of the city . Even more amazing is when we have an awesome host like Mark , who mixed history with interesting facts to keep everyone in the group interested.We had the best pizza in the tour and great dimsum . We have no hesitation in recommending this tour and Mark .

Did way more walking than actual eating. Advertisement was deceptive. Most of the foods that were advertised were not available. We did like our tour guide though
