Our guides are fully trained in the history of the area, restaurants, food, as well as personal interesting stories and anecdotes. This is highlighted by over one hundred 5 star reviews. You mentioned that you were not given an explanation from the "chefs" of the restaurants we visit. Although we do not claim to do this, on this occasion, we are aware she could have done a much better job of presenting the history of the murals in a more in-depth way. The quality of our guides work and delivery is of utmost importance to us and we thank you for bringing that to our attention and have addressed this with the guide in question. Lastly, you mentioned the selection of our restaurants are poor and appetizer sized servings. Our restaurants include a James Beard award winner, Michelin Guide 2017 recommended restaurant, as well as a top-rated San Francisco award-winning organic ice cream shop that our guests rave about. The vast majority of our guests state that the tour is extremely good value for money, portions, and enjoy our guides on the contrary to your opinions.
