Customer service was terrible. Asked (yes 1 hour late) about getting a refund or get information about accommodations for someone with inabilities to walk. Heard nothing back at all except it was too late to cancel. Ended up not going because there was no communication.

Anne was *wonderful*!! We were already familiar with much of Santa Barbara’s history, but seeing the locations and having her share the stories made it come alive for us.

This was so fun! We are from out of town so it was a super fun (and spooky) way of getting to know the area! Our tour guide was so nice and had so many cool little tidbits to add! You could tell that she had a passion for the area! So much fun! Definitely recommend!
