Big problem with the company reservation system. They do not answer their phone. You have to email or text, and then wait until 6:00 for a promised phone call. When that doesn’t come in on time you lose your money as it says on the website you need 24 hours. The trick is getting them to answer you when trip advisor says you have to contact them directly. Be sure you don’t need to make any changes before paying for the trip. When on the trip “Mother Nature didn’t send us anything to see” other than pelicans sleeping in the mangroves. I didn’t need to be in a kayak to see that!

Fun thing to do when visiting! Dan was very informative and we learned tons of new facts about the ocean! I’m not a huge kayaking person but I did enjoy the knowledge I gained!
