Went yesterday for the 10am tour with Jessica. We loved it! She was very informative! Would want to book again and do a private tour to perhaps see more of the cemetery with her. Before our tour officially ended, the skies opened up & we were caught in the rain. We all opted to return back! But you can’t control the weather!

Hah, thank you for not blaming us for the weather! True to our claim, we go Rain or Shine! Dedication! Bonaventure is practically Jessica's back yard! When she's not walking her dog there, she's there in her own spare time taking photos and doing research so we love hearing that her passion rubbed off on you! Her private tours are also excellent so sounds like a future tour date!

Glad you shared your thoughts on your guide Professor Jessica as people should know about the talented individuals that are parcel to our storyteller stable! Her background as professional librarian with emphasis on The Victorian Age really does give her a special angle in so far as her presentation. We also appreciate your feedback because while she's been around the company for a long time, she's only conducted tours for little over a year so helps us to know the user experience. savannah Bonaventure cemetery is a beautiful cemetery. and the best way to see, understand, learn, is from a historian of this cemetery with passion. and we were able to really step into a different era and learn so many things we wouldn't have know if we just walked on our own. so unique, the beautiful Tiffany stained glass in the mosoleum, explanation of the death bell, and seeing it, Johnny mercers grave, his story. walking thru, learning about the cemetery stones, just a lot of interesting facts, and beautiful surroundings that went along with it. be sure to do this tour, you'll be glad you did.
