First, pros: The staff were all theatrical and great. I enjoyed the humor spread throughout. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about all of the stories. A fun thing to do at night instead of watch tv if visiting Savannah. The short house tour was nice - very beautiful home. Cons: I feel like the age requirement should be much higher than 6. There’s a lot of “ghost” stories that are not kid appropriate. I felt that the last stop was completely unnecessary and should have had a warning attached to it. NOT good for people with sensory issues or anxiety. Without warning, they turn the lights off on you several times and LOUD unexpected noises happen. They also sprinkle you with rain while the lights are off without warning. This part went too far for me - this is supposed to be a trolley ride with a couple of enjoyable stops, not a haunted house where you’re terrified. Again I would not bring children on this tour unless you stay on the trolley for the last stop.

We do try to tailor our tour to have a little something for everyone and it looks like we missed the mark with you at the Perkins and Sons Chandlery. Only the guy in the warehouse and the scary sound effects in the warehouse stories. The ride around town was mediocre!!

It was an interesting tour but definitely not appropriate for children/families. Almost exclusively about hangings/deaths instead of about the hauntings. It's great for adults but company should be honest about it being for older teens/adults.
