Very informative! Sistah Patt is a wonderful truth teller with information you won’t learn on any other tour. I’m so glad I experienced it!

Sista Pat’s tour was one of the most valuable ‘explore-the-whole-story-of-this-place’ experiences I’ve had ANYWHERE. She’s a natural storyteller and an unflinching truth-teller; a deeply kind narrator. We saw significant and often overlooked places in Savannah’s history — places central to the growth of our nation over time. We learned historically grounded, well-documented but not often detailed stories about the resilience, capacities and contributions of the Gullah Geechee people who have mightily helped make Savannah what it is today. We left our experience with Sista Pat focused on the healing that can happen when people of good faith explore how our differences make us stronger; how we are better together.
