I have been on quite a few viator tours in many cities. I did a night tour in DC that I loved and have another international tour coming up soon. I had such high hopes for such an expensive excursion. The van was small and hard to hear and see from the back row. The guide was very kind and friendly but was a recent college grad with no real historical knowledge of the city. The longest part of the tour was on the bat boat and that’s a different tour completely. I could have just purchased that. There were only 3 or 4 very random stops in the car portion of the 2 hour experience. The worst part is how disappointed my friends were on their first visit to the city.

Ended up it was just us on tour - so impressed they didn't cancel on us. Picked us up at our hotel too. Tour great and included sunset boat tour for the bat flight. Great photo opportunity stops ( even a restroom stop for me). Tour guide very friendly, chatty - took our photos . So sorry don't remember your name but you live in San Antonio. Coach cool, clean & comfortable . Definitely recommend

Ray was amazing! We were picked up at our Austin hotel in a nice Mercedes van. We were shown the highlights of downtown Austin, and the boat ride to watch the bats was incredible. I would definitely recommend this tour!
