We generally do the rapids but because the water level was so low, we decided on the Float Trip. It was just us and our guide. Saw so much wildlife, ducks, canadian geese and their babies. It was a lovely trip. We did the morning and it was far cooler and less windy. Highly recommended.

Christine was our tour guide. She was full of information as we floated along the Rio Grande. I brought my 14 year old for his first time was Christine was great with giving clear instructions.

Just back from a fun afternoon of rafting with Far Flung. Our guide, John, was the best - he took great care to be sure our 11-year old niece had a trip to remember. He was funny, kind, and provided good info as we made our way through the Racecourse section of the river. When he was told that our niece liked to look for petroglyphs, he didn't just point them out but instead, slowed the raft then let us wade over to some to get close up photos. He weaved through boulders with precision in the low water conditions, he "surfed" the boat against a rock to our niece's delght & he let us cool off by swimming a few short sections of the trip. A great day with a great guide - thanks John & Far Flung Adventures.
