I took this same trip in July 2021 and was amazed at all of the alligators, snakes, turtles and birds that I was able to see. My trip in August 2022 was disappointing as we only saw 2 small gators and nothing else. Our boat captain was great and did his best to keep us entertained. I just feel that we should have been advised in advance that this was not the right time of year for viewing wildlife.

This is a great season, you apparently selected the wrong day/time for wildlife sightings. Wildlife sightings change on an hourly basis out here in the wild, as we have no control over what Mother Nature offers up for us to see. We always recommend that folks wanting to see lots of wildlife select a day and make a reservation at a time when lots of wildlife is going to be out, and don’t select a date/time when wildlife is not out. It was a beautiful day. Captain Taylor was very informed and explained the waterway to us. We are from Miami so we do Airboat in the Everglades which is very different to riding in deeper water. We enjoyed seeing how different the view was. Thank you.

This was our first air boat ride and we were very excited to see alligators, snakes, etc. Tyler was our captain and he did a great job. We did not personally see any gators but some on our boat saw some very small ones. We had a beautiful, but very hot day so wearing a hat and sunscreen helped. We were all given headphones that piped in music to help muffle the sound of the motor and provide some entertainment and narrative. We’d recommend this tour!
