Was a great trip! Enjoyed the selfie pictures our captain Justin took of himself (really did love it). Enjoyed the commentary and the music through the headphones. Was just a great experience! Would recommend it to anyone

Great tour, the tour guides were fantastic & made the trip better. We saw a few alligators and some turtles.

We booked a tour for 10am on Sat May 14th through Tripadvisor. Got reminders to show up 30 mins before. We drove from downtown St A and arrived at 9:30 to be told we were not on the 10am tour but rather the noon tour. Showed them my Tripadvisor booking - there was a private party taking the boats out at 10 and "nothing they could do but they would talk to their Tripadvisor rep". Of course, you can't get in contact with Tripadvisor and the customer service is pathetic. We waited until noon to take the tour and it was hot, crowded & miserable. By the time we got back to the dock and drove back to St A, we missed out on another activity we had booked thru Tripadvisor. After we returned home, I contacted the owner by email and he claims that he sent several emails to inform me of the rescheduled time. I did not receive any emails. I would have cancelled if I had received them because I did not want to be out in the noon sun. He could care less. He got his money and has no concern for how he disrupted our plans and the money we paid for the afternoon event we could not attend. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Indeed we are sometimes delayed due to various reasons, but our captains do their best to try and keep things moving along smoothly. Also, your reservation being booked through a 3rd party also makes it challenging for us to resolve booking issues, and providing a refund for your other activities booked through TripAdvisor (per your request) is not something we have control over, as that is something that has to be resolved through them since your reservation was made through them.
