Just want to say that the only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish this excursion had been longer, with more high speed time. However, I understand fuel is dear and the company has to make a profit to operate! With that said, I give Captain Rebecca herself 5 solid stars because she is a badass. What an example of a confident and powerful woman! She operated that airboat with finesse and gave us speed without sacrificing safety. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the history and wildlife of the area — particularly about alligators, which we all know is what people want to see. The music accompaniment in our headsets was KILLER. A suggestion: have adults only excursion times available. I’d pay extra for it. No disrespect to families with children, but kids can put a damper on a couple’s date, and adults are generally forced to give way to the attention kids command of a tour guide. Perhaps even have an excursion geared specifically to children. Just a suggestion. Variety of choices = $$$

Our Google maps sent us to the wrong address and we missed our reservation. When I called to ask to change the reservation they straight up refused. They said we could do stand by in the next outing but no guarantee of going out. They were however happy to take our money and refuse to refund it. He was extremely rude. I would not recommend. BTW this is also known as Sea Serpent. They are a rip off!!

Does the fact that you were a “No Show” for your tour and called 15 minutes after the boat left the dock, hold any contribution to your assessment/review?
