The lively Deep Ellum entertainment district is known for its vibrant street murals, quirky art galleries and long-time concert venues for indie and blues. Brewpubs, cocktail bars and Tex-Mex eateries draw a boisterous crowd on weekends, while edgy, experimental drama dominates the program at the time-tested Undermain Theatre, in a warehouse basement.

The Bomb Factory

In 1914, Henry Ford chose this area for his early automobile plant where the Model T was born, and has now become a music venue and event space located in the Deep Ellum district of downtown Dallas, Texas.

We are Dallas locals, but wanted to try something a little different with friends for my husband's birthday. Isaac was our tour guide and did a wonderful job guiding us through the Deep Ellum area and introducing us to some great local spots. He was very attentive and engaging, and we all learned quite a bit from him. The food selection was all wonderful as well, and we all left stuffed! A great experience for any local or visitor to the Dallas area.

Loved it! I did not expect a tour and background of Deep Ellum that was a wonderful surprise. Sydney was woot and had a very delightful personality. I loved that our group was small so it t was easy to hear and easy to get a seat.
