This 13 to 14 hour tour takes you to BOTH Sedona and the Grand Canyon. See Sedona and the Grand Canyon via a small group of up to five passengers maximum. This small group tour gives you a more personal and comfortable experience as you make your way through the red rocks of Sedona to the grandeur of the Grand Canyon. In Sedona, you will visit Bell Rock Vista for photos, the Chapel of the Holy Cross and a bit of time in Uptown Sedona for some unique shops and more scenery. Then on to the Grand Canyon National Park for about a 3 hour visit including 2 unique views of the Canyon at a minimum.

Darian was great. Very knowledgeable and gave us a moving class on the three landscapes of Arizona. He was extremely flexible allowing us to extend our stay in Sedona by 30 minutes so our little Cowboy could enjoy a quick lunch at The Cowboy Grill. He also was a font of information on the Indian Tribes in the Grand Canyon and allowed a stop in Navajo Nation. He piqued my interest to learn more about the Navajo Nation. The Grand Canyon was quick but we did a number of stops to wonder at its beauty. I would highly recommend this tour

Highlights: The beauty of Sedona, the peacefulness of the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the majesty of the Grand Canyon. Was disappointed we didn't get to Grand Canyon Village/the main entrance to the Canyon. Seems we stopped too many other places & time ran short. Want to say that Darien was wonderful. He assisted one of us who had a walker - always thoughtful & kind, watched out for her. He was very friendly & engaging & a pleasure to spend the day with.

Thanks very much for your review. I'm glad that you enjoyed the day! For potential visitors reading this review, while we never like to see the word "disappointed" in a review, sometimes it is helpful for future guests when choosing a tour option. By option, I mean choosing the Sedona - Grand Canyon combo, OR the Grand Canyon only, which affords more time at and around the National Park beyond the amazing viewpoints. This guest also emailed me regarding the tour, with high praises. They definitely received a 5 star tour, as the email went into more detail about everything that they enjoyed. We were definitely happy to hear that. It was pointed out in more detail that the "village" mentioned in the review is the area outside the park with hotels and restaurants where the IMAX movie of the Grand Canyon is. It was the movie that the guest was disappointed about missing. This area, and the movie, are not part of the Sedona - Grand Canyon tour itinerary. There simply is not time in one day to give a proper introduction / taste of Sedona, and give a proper tour of the Grand Canyon viewpoints and add anything else such as the movie. The movie would add a minimum of 75 minutes to the day, which would mean less time at the actual Grand Canyon. We focus on the real thing. There is no mention of the Imax movie in our listing, and the guests made no mention of wanting to see it, during or before the tour. For a future visitor, if it is desired to see more of the National Park, and also visit the Imax theater off-park, choose the Grand Canyon tour without Sedona and we can add other things in place of Sedona such as the movie, or time for a short hike, or more viewpoints of the Canyon. Our tours are small group tours and are flexible. Regarding the main entrance... we enter the park through the east, and leave through the main entrance. The lines at the main entrance are often 30 to 60 minutes long... whereas at the east, the wait is typically 15 minutes or less. So this is also for guest benefit. One of the top reasons that people choose tours over self-driving, is that we know exactly what can be squeezed into one day... and we also know a few tricks to make it work even better. Like going through the east entrance. Safe travels. We look forward to bringing more guests to see our amazing views!
