We really weren't sure what to expect but went all in knowing we couldn't sit on a boat after sitting on a train for 4 hrs. This was beyond perfect. Our guide, Doug was fabulous. He just had so many great little factoids to share. We started with the dogs. Wonderful team at Seavey's, human and canine alike. And can I just say puppies. The lunch was delicious and ending with a great hike to view Exit Glacier is just amazing. We maxed out our hiking time by doing the 2.7 mile upper and lower overlook loops in just over an hour with plenty of time for photographs throughout. While we are moderate hikers, it was nice to see that the adventure is very accommodating for folks who are low to moderate in the active scale.

You are given information about the races, sled dogs and historic events about dog sledding in Alaska. You pet sled dog puppies and get onto golf carts pulled by dogs who run on a short muddy (it was raining when we were there) pathway.

We loved every part of this tour. It felt like we experienced so much of Alaska in one afternoon. It was amazing and would definitely do this again!!!
