Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds.

All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

We had a great time with Captain Dalton. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to get a pod of dolphins to surf behind the boat, and everyone enjoyed that. I live in the area and will plan to do a different tour with him soon.

If your thinking about taking this amazing boat ride I 10/10 recommend!!! I have came to Florida over the last five years and have taken a dolphin boat out and never seen one! When I took this trip I seen dolphins, manatee, and tarpon fish!!! The water is beautiful the captains are both amazing and make your trip even better!!! You must do this!!!

I booked the dolphin and snorkeling tour of shell key with this company over the past weekend, and it turned out to be a wonderful outing that I would recommend to anyone. Captain Dalton was a conservation-minded and eco-conscious individual who worked really hard to make sure everyone on the boat had a great time. We saw a manatee, which for us would have been great all by itself! But as the cruise went on, we also saw dolphin and tarpon, and we had a great time during the snorkeling portion of the tour as well, where we saw mainly sand dollars, conches, and starfish. All the time, Captain Dalton was very careful to protect the wildlife from being harassed, or harmed. I am very thankful to the staff and crew of Island Ferry for creating what will be a lasting memory for us! John E
