Horrible experience. At 8:00 the evening before the tour I get a call asking me to change to Monday instead of Sunday. I couldn’t because we were taking a cruise. At 9:00 I get a text that there will not be a tour. How I have to give them 24 hour cancellation notice and I don’t even get 12 hours

Thank you for submitting your review. It was distressing for us to have to cancel your tour on such short notice. We are a small company with only two vehicles. Late on the evening before your booking date, one vehicle developed an engine problem which took it out of service for safety reasons. The other bus was fully booked leaving us with no alternative for placement additional guests onto that vehicle. As you indicated, we did reach out to you and all of the others booked on your tour with an offer to take the tour the next day. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience our situation has caused you.

The tour was fairly good.... maybe too much in the van driving around to all the sites. Maybe pick a few less places and spend more time on the best..... Tour driver/ guide Gabriel was very knowledgeable about LA but did talk a bit too much and repeated the commentary a few times. On the whole well worth it.

Thanks for sharing your comments with us. Being "Fairly good" is, of course, not our ambition. We want to be much better than that. The tour you took with us is intended to be something of an introduction to Los Angeles. The locals included were selected over the years in response to suggestions from guests like you. It is always difficult to remove attractions since guests all have their opinions as to which are good and which are less interesting. Gabriel is indeed very knowledgeable. Sometimes repeating a fact or story is appropriate if/when he feels some of the guests may not have seen or understood something he has said. We are glad that, as you said, the tour "on the whole well worth it"

It was a great experience and our driver was very knowledgable, engaged, friendly and patience. If you want to explora LA finest spots in one day this is the tour for you!!! Highly recommend!!! 10/10
