Told to meet at a hotel miles away at a big cost to us! We had to leave extra early to be at the pick up point! Found out people had been picked up from our hotel that same day! Just total incompetence and have failed to reply to our complaint! We are due compensation but nobody is taking responsibility! Day trip was good if a little expensive!

Alberto the tour guide was great.Very knowledgeable about the areas. LA is not what the movies make it out to be. We can at least say we seen it

Thanks for submitting your review. You are right.LA is NOT what the movies frequently make it out to be. It is a big place and, although we do show some of the more popular attractions, the "real" LA does show its face frequently. We are glad you joined us and hope to see you again.
