Extremely disappointed. When I booked this transfer, confirmation stated that somebody will be there to greet me at the baggage claim. Nobody was there. It took me 30 minutes to find one of their representatives. After checking in with Lima (the lady who has the list of the names of the passengers), she told me to wait and sit as the shuttle is not there yet. After another 50 minutes of waiting, we were told that there's no shuttle and we will all be refunded. So frustrating. I told Lima, I was travelling with a 2 year old. Then, she said to wait. And, suddenly, she said we can get on the shuttle. I was just so grateful that we were able to get on.
Now, for the return trip, nobody called, emailed or texted me what time will I be picked up. Nothing. I called them. Phone just kept on ringing. I will never, ever booked this airport transfer again.

So sorry for your delay leaving the airport upon your arrival. Unfortunately arrival logistics, due to COVID screening, makes it very difficult to predict when customers will arrive through security into the baggage claim area which ultimately makes the assignment of your shared ride service less fluid as prior to these State of Hawaii arrival security protocols which may cause delays departing the airport.
Our departure protocol is to have our office call your hotel room the day before your departure and leaves a detailed message about your pick up time if we do not have your cell phone on file.
