I was picked up at the Hotel and was taken back to Maui airport by the Shuttle company super nice driver he called the night before and confirmed. When I arrived in HNL I had no transportation and had to wait over 2 hours and a shuttle came and I gave him my voucher and he said he was not suppose to take me because it was canceled but if I would let him take the other passengers and drop them off he would take me to 1777 he knew exactly where it was. There again I arrived at 11am in HNL and it was 6pm before I got to my hotel another day of my vacation SHOT.
the driver, JOHN, dropped me off at the wrong location. I told him the address was 1777 Ala Mona Blvd and he dropped me at 1700. I was not aware of where I was so I let him leave before I checked at the front desk to find out I was at the wrong RESORT. I called and the shuttle came back and got me about an hour later after he drop all the passengers. He was very angry threw my luggage into the van and broke one of my wheels off and bent the handle of the pull up. I gave him a tip the first time of 10 and then when he dropped me at 1777 he wanted another tip. He did not help me with my luggage he left it on the side walk and drove off. I am so upset the first day I lost a good 3 hours of my vacation plus MY NEW LUGGAGE BROKEN.
Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Our driver booked from our hotel back to the airport was even 15 minutes early. Great service.
