Speedy--the company you use in Honolulu is the shabbiest operation that I have ever had the displeasure of using. They are so far below your standards that you might went to review your company association with them. 1.5 hours late departing from the airport and nobody to meet us in baggage claim. If you try to contact them via the phone number given in your instructions, you are required to wait thru several promotional audio ads and then have your call dropped.
My first use of Viator in Italy last year was so excellent that I have recommended you to many of my friends who also come away with the same great experience but now I am going to warn all of them to be very careful that they completely avoid your services in Hawaii and check the reviews for bad service throughout your system. You need to be consistent wherever you offer your service and Hawaii is light years away from the type of service you provide in Italy
After arriving at the airport, I went to the designated area for Speedi Shuttle. There was about 80 people waiting, with some delay for all the buses to arrive. Then we waited and waited, both the drivers and all of the customers. The woman in charge did not seem to have her act together, and people started to get angry at about the one hour point. Eventually she ended up in an loud argument with a woman customer, and had to be separated from her by a fellow employee and escorted away from the area. We eventually were assigned buses and were on our way, but I don't think anyone was happy, and at least one family gave up and walked. My driver, once we got going, said out loud that the woman in charge was clueless. The return trip from my hotel went well.
Speedi Shuttle was good. We had a few issues with locating our booking when we arrived and when we were leaving. Pick up times and drop off were prompt.
