My friend and I did island hopping on this trip and utilized all the transfers from Viator including this one. Everything went smooth pick up time, vehicle and driver were everything we required.

I had used this transfer on a previous trip to Honolulu and looked forward to using their services again as I knew we would be greeted at the gate and looked after from arrival to our destination which we were. I took my elderly mother with me and since it was her first time to Hawaii I also included the lai with this transfer. She was pleased and we kept the flowers as long as possible as the smell permeated our room and welcomed us every time we returned to our room.

Same prompt, efficient service as my Maui transport. Our driver Kelly was informative, funny and welcoming. Comfortable ride to my hotel. Only 2 other couples shared our vehicle.
