This was a super fun experience! The staff was kind and helpful, and gave nice step-by-step instructions for getting in and out of the cage, along with other details that helped me feel like I was in competent hands. Our group included a spectrum of athleticism—a person of size all the way down to a kid. Oh, one thing I wanted to mention: they needed to rebook because of weather and worked quickly to find a new slot that worked for us. My pro-tip recommendation would be to make this reservation for a day early in your trip, and then leave a couple other time slots open later in your trip so that rebooking will be easier if that needs to happen. Anyway, two thumbs up from me! Wish I could go again today... instead of being stuck at a computer... you know... ;)

Wow, just WOW. This was amazing. Lots of sharks in a cristal clear water. One of the best experiences in my life. Erin and Alexis are so great! 100/100

Our family had a fantastic time with Haleiwa Shark Tours! It’s a small boat with a maximum of 6 people so our family of 5 had the boat all to ourselves! Along the way, they explained what types of sharks are commonly found around Oahu, but that we’d most likely only see the Galapagos shark as well as the differences between the females and males and what to observe while in the water. Once in the shark cage, we saw lots of Galapagos sharks swimming around us. There were probably 8 to 12 that circled around us. Most of our family was glad to have the cage around us since the water is so deep, the current was pretty strong, and there were a lot of sharks! They also gave us some great suggestions about places to eat and snorkel.
