This was a fantastic tour of Dallas. William was very knowledgeable and really brought the city to life. I took the tour with my grandmother and my .on and we all had a great time driving around Dallas as William talked about how the city was changing and all the events that helped shape Dallas. He was funny and engaging, but made sure to stop at various places along the route so we could explore and get some great photos of the city. We can't wait to take their Fort Worth tour on our next visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. We live in the Metroplex but had friends visiting from another state and thought spend $256 on a tour would be a good idea so we don't miss anything. Our driver was completely not knowledgeable on the city although he stated he lived there 25 years. i knew more then he did. He would spout out facts that were not true. He repeated himself, just named off buildings with no history or anything, we could have read the building names. He said racist things that were completely offensive. I can't believe they let this man give tours. They must have been short staffed and just chose someone who usually answers the phone. I went off the star rating and really was disappointed.

Did not start well, they told us the tour would be 5 mins late, 20 mins more like it. HOWEVER, Tommy more than made up for it when we got started, he was fun and knew his stuff. We had a bad view of Dallas from our last two flying visits for conferences, so I would highly recommend the tour if you wanted a view of the real Dallas and how people live in the city. We now understand Dallas better and are starting to get into the lifestyle.
