This museum is all about military history on a personal level and is a collection of military artifacts that I started collecting over 40 years ago. We own many items but the select items we feature in this museum are ones with a story to tell. When our visitors leave the museum, it is our hope that they will have a new found attachment to the individuals who wore the uniforms, hats and medals.

Webb Military Museum

Located in Historic Downtown Savannah, Webb Military Museum features military artifacts from the American Civil War to Desert Storm. Original uniforms, headgear, and equipment are displayed in a walk-through setting. The museum honors our servicemen from all wars and branches. Many of the displays contain named groupings of servicemen highlighting their stories of service. A visit to Webb Military Museum will certainly bring back one’s love of history and the realization of how much we owe to our men and women in uniform. ACTIVE MILITARY ARE FREE!

This museum is great! Mr Webb has a great collection. The photos and stories posted with some of the items helped provide a better understanding of the items and their significance. You don't have to be a history buff to enjoy this place.

I have been to museums all over the US. This museum has one of the best collections I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Artifacts rich in history from every major military action since the civil war. The WWI and WWII collections are especially impressive with important artifacts from both sides of the conflicts. I had the absolute privilege of getting in-depth information about the collection from the owner/curator himself. His incredible knowledge and passion for history is truly remarkable. He knows every single piece in his collection and the knowledge he has to share is truly stunning. A man who loves history and loves to share it. This country is lucky to have a place and a man like this. Savannah is lucky to have a place like this. In 50 years I can see this collection in a glass palace at the US Capitol with a bronze statue of Gary Webb outside, welcoming people in. Absolutely worth your time to go, even better if you run into Gary Webb himself.

We found about this museum via the trolley ride and decided to take a visit. So glad we did. Mr. Webb has done a great job collecting artifacts pertaining to the history of wars. The displays were very well organized and the stories related to the artifacts were very interesting. So glad we found this little hidden gem!! So glad we took an hour out of our day to see this amazing part of our history.
