THOSE WITH UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITIONS OF DIABETES AND/OR HYPERTENSION, EVEN MEDICALLY-CONTROLLED, ARE DENIED PARTICIPATION.
This unfortunate situation may be specific to the Las Vegas, NV, USA, location.
While the Skyjump web site discusses weight and age restrictions, there does not appear to be any mention that check-in liability waiver questions include a query on underlying health conditions of diabetes and hypertension (high blood pressure). Answering "yes" will result in being turned away with no discussion on whether these conditions are medically controlled.
I suspect that declining to answer the questions also results in refusal.
The venue operators were polite and they did issue a full refund, which was appreciated, but I would not have wasted my time or theirs had I known.
Or maybe just lied about it, since I'm a physically fit, HWP male that takes a prophylactic minimum dose medication for borderline hypertension.
This review is not meant to bash the attraction itself - I'm sure it's a hoot - but maybe it can help prevent some irritated or irate non-customers if there were full disclosure of just what will get someone tossed out of line....instead of tossed off the roof.
