Beautiful hike with excellent guide Ashley! Interesting history (including rock pictographs), pretty views, got to pick flowers and bring home a little bouquet.
Since we did the later tour (3:30-5:30) the llamas, ponies, etc., were already put away in their barns for the night, so we didn't get to see them. Earlier tours are better if you want to interact with animals.
The hike isn't hard per se but I wouldn't bring any older relatives with me on this one, especially after rain--the trail got muddy and slippery in parts.
If you're worried about driving windy Malibu roads after drinking wine, they only give you one glass during the hike (and send you home with additional to-go cans), so I don't think Ubering is necessary.
