Small Group Paddleboard Adventure with Mendenhall Glacier Views

Przegląd
Paddleboard in one of the most unique areas of Juneau with amazing views of the Mendenhall Glacier, opportunities for seeing eagles, sea lions, seals, and whales. Escape the cruise ship crowds. Our tours have a maximum of 8 guests so that you can have a serene Alaskan experience. Our experienced guide will help you put on a dry suit so that you’ll be warm and dry in any weather. You can even jump in the water and stay dry. Our guides will teach you how to paddleboard. No experience necessary! You can stand, sit, or kneel. All equipment, instruction, snacks, and round trip transportation from the Juneau cruise port included. You'll be able to catch sight of native wildlife in their natural environment, ages 12+, some balance required, choice of several departures throughout the day, and all necessary equipment and instruction provided.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • We will pick you up from the cruise ship port and then drive for around 20 minutes to the Juneau wetlands. We will introduce and prepare the equipment. Then we will paddle for around 2 hours. Then entire tour will take 3.5 hours.

The weather was beautiful, loved the wet suits, the tour guides were fun and great overall. I would definitely go again !!

The wet suit was the best! I fell in and felt just fine even in fall temperatures! Id recommend no matter the weather. It was a mix of sun and rain but the rainbows were beautiful and paddling keeps you warm! My friends & I had good laughs. Tour guides were very patient and accommodating. They even provided a break with great snacks.

Tyler & Alex were amazing tour guides and showed us some neat spots. We were able to get an amazing view of the glacier. We got somewhat near a seal. Best part stayed dry and warm the whole trip and easy to learn to paddle board.
