This was our first trip to Maui and our first visit on the Road to Hana. All I can say is wow! This is certainly the best way to experienced the beauty We started the tour in a luxury van - very comfortable. The Road to Hana is full of twists and turns and this by far is THE ONLY way to experience it. In complete comfort and luxury. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared tons of interesting information with us on the way to Hana. We made several stops along the way which was great. A tasty lunch was provided to us with the most scenic backdrop. We arrived in Hana and were transported to the airport and then whisked away on a private helicopter to enjoy the views from air. I would suggest this tour to anyone making the trek to Hana. I give it a 10 out of 10.

This is our first trip to Maui and everyone said we needed to take the road to Hana. We debated renting a car and doing it ourselves - my wife and three teenagers - but instead opted for this tour and couldn't be more thrilled with our trip. The sights were gorgeous and the stops authentic, and our guide, Scott Ferguson, went above and beyond. We got the guided tour with information on the island history, flora, fauna, etc., but Scott's real expertise was knowing where to stop, where to take pics, and where to spend time. He even took a lot of photos for us, and a ton of the family. He even escorted our daughter in the pouring rain to the waterfall pool so she could take the swim she was so desperate to have. He really made the day all about us, and totally made the trip for us. A couple of things to note that are outside of the control of the tour company itself. First, we were a family of 5, and were fortunate enough that we were the only group on this particular tour. That meant we could do what we wanted without worrying about others, which certainly made it even better. Also, on the drive back, there was a lot of rain. It was still gorgeous, and obviously part of what should be expected in a rain forest. Overall, we couldn't recommend this more highly to others. If you're super adventurous and want to do your own thing, it's definitely doable with a rental car. But if you want to kick back, enjoy the scenery, not worry about driving on very tricky roads, and get the full experience, ask for Scott and take this tour!

Our Road to Hana trip was a fantastic day. We were a group of 7 with a 3 teens and 1 pre teen and were worried they would hate the trip! Chris G was our guide and he was fantastic not only did he have great knowledge of the area and stories he was great with our kids! The day was great! Highly recommend the tour and Chris! Mahalo!
