So Zack is awesome! Even though he made sure I received a face full of water several times. The snake river was fun and beautiful scenery. Not many animals. But some amazing views of Eagles. Zack was very informative and friendly. Great suggestions for the area. The water overall was calm and class 2 or 3 rapids. It was my first time and it was just my speed. The rating was mainly due to the bus ride over and driver. We were late leaving as they waited on passengers that were 20 plus minutes late while a full bus sat and waited on 5 ppl. The driver while he got us there safely and coached appropriately on what to do on arrival was cursing constantly and talking about all his drunk friends. I’m not a prude but there was a mixed crowd and it just wasn’t appropriate. Didn’t have anything helpful to offer about the area. The ride to and from was long so don’t be shocked by that. We were gone three to three and half hours with one hour and 15 min on the water. Overall it was fun and a great afternoon many thanks to Zack who was our guide. I will throw in a shout out to Will who was super friendly, helped with life jackets and was a great greeter for the start of getting ready to hit the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our rafting trip down the snake river with Jaime. We’ve been white water rafting many times in different locations and we felt the most safe and had the most fun on this trip. We also enjoyed our bus driver Johnny. Very entertaining. Definitely worth it

Our morning with Jackson Hole Whitewater was absolutely phenomenal! Our guide, Zack, made our rafting experience incredible with his friendly personality, ability to interact with the kids, and his knowledge of the area and local wildlife! We’d definitely do this again!
