Tonto National Forest

You will meet us in the parking area at the trail head, once there you will check in, get kitted with your helmet and goggles, and go over a quick safety briefing so that you feel good about how to operate your vehicle. Once everyone is ready to go you will follow your guide into the off road trails in the Tonto National Forest area where you will ride for 2 hours covering about 20 miles of trail. Your guide will reorder the group after the first 10 minutes to be sure everyone can ride at their own pace, the vehicles can reach speeds of 40 mph, but not everyone likes to go that fast! You will traverse sandy washes and blow up the dust while viewing the beautiful Sonoran Desert scenery. Your guide will periodically stop you to give pointers on the upcoming terrain, make sure you are drinking water, and take photos of everyone in action. After the tour you will return to the starting point where your car will be waiting for you.

We had the best time on this tour!!! Everything exceeded our expectations from our transportation from the hotel with Isaiah to our guided tour with Tom!! Isaiah shared so much history on our drive and was very nice and informative. Tom was a great tour guide. Knowledgeable, funny and informative. We had the best time!!!

The BEST of the BEST! We have done UTV riding over a half dozen times all over (PR, Hawaii, Aruba, etc) and this was the BESTTTT!!! Colton was an amazing guide who knew exactly how fast and how wild was just right and when to instruct you. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this for anyone that wants an AMAZING TIME in Scottsdale!

We decided to do a UTV Sunset Tour and it was a blast! First, from the first call and the many questions we had prior and after booking, communication was great. I appreciated that. On the day of, we were contacted informing us that the main road was blocked both ways due ti an accident - asking me where I was and how to avoid the traffic but I was past the accident! Again great communication. When Mitch arrived, the adrenaline started pumping. Mitch was very thorough with his safety instructions. Once we started, Mitch did a great job of explaining the different terrains. He would have a few checkpoints, explain about the new trail with rocks, loose sand, steep rods, etc. He was great at explaining the history of the desert and the different parts. He kept us hydrated and cool with the supplies. Mitch would drive up far and let us be, he did this to check up coming roads for debris, animals, etc. It also allowed us to let loose (but in a safe way). The sunset was beautiful and the drive down in the dark was awesome! I’d highly recommend doing this if you have time, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a stellar time for me and the family.
