Really enjoyed the tour and great to get all the inside tips from Marc our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. He was also an actor in the show as well as other movies so he knew his stuff. I have watched the sopranos box set 3 times so. Great to see things in real life. You get to see The diner which is in the final episode. As well as getting your picture. Food really great here as well as the home made chocolates you can buy from the extensive menu. Would highly recommend.

We have taken many tours, but this was the best. If you're not a Soprano's series afficionado then you probably won't appreciate 100% of the tour, but it also shows insight to New Jersey small towns and mafia cuture. Marc Baron, our guide, is an actor from the Sopranos, as well as an insider to the film industry and mob culture. Prior to the bus departing we got to meet Sopranos recurring cast member Joseph Gannascoli aka "Vito," and have photo op (selfies). Mr Gannascoli was very nice and personable. While on the tour Marc entertained us with fun facts and trivia questions (with prizes), and pertinent video clips from the series. The best stops were Holstens and Satin Dolls. A tip: peruse the Holstens menu on-line before you go, so you can quickly order and get your food, which is optional...but you are not at this stop very long. We had a chocolate milk shake and egg-cream, which were very good. They make their own ice-cream which is wonderful. The staff at Holstens were incredibly nice. Make sure you get a photo sitting in Tony's booth. A tip for Satin Dolls: if you are planning on ordering a drink, try to seat yourself at the bar immediately. Otherwise, the farther down the row you get, it will take much longer to order, and you may have to slurp your drink down quickly. Take advantage of the restrooms here - they are quite clean and nice. Make sure to sign the clipboard at the end of the tour in order to get an email from Marc with additonal photos, and information on a future movie Marc is producing, plus addtional insider info. and the very cerebral and more in depth explanation of Marc's theory of the meaning of the last Soprano's scene, using a quantum physics model (schrodinger's cat). Also, paying a little extra to get the front row priority seating was well worth it. More opportunity to chat with Marc.

We booked the tour a few days before we arrived in NYC and throughly enjoyed it. As big fans of the show it was great to have such a knowledgeable guide as Marc who made the trip. I really liked the interactiveness of it with the questions and the rest of the (fans) participants taking part. Fun to see locations and then see clips from the show in context. Well worth it. Great to drive around New Jersey and get out of NYC.
