There is no assigned seating on the bus, and it's first come, first serve.
Children under 18 years old, including babies, are unfortunately not allowed on the tour, as the content of the tour and several of its stops are not suitable for young children. Please also keep in mind that a couple of the stops on the tour – such as the Bada Bing – do have their own age minimums, and it is up to the discretion of these establishments whom to allow in.
Limited wheelchair accessibility - please contact the tour operator 24 hours in advance. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.

Absolutely brilliant tour. If u love sopranos then this is a must. Our guide was brilliant and funny and soo informative. Very comfortable coach and just nice to see the spots

This was planned for my son in law’s birthday who is a HUGE fan. 10 days prior they changed the tour from 10am to 1pm forcing us to completely re-arrange other activities. Then they were an hour late for starting the tour!! They blamed it on traffic, but of course traffic in Manhattan is worse on Sat afternoon than morning!! They should have accounted for this. The tour guide John’s apology was lame at best, stating…”I’m just the tour guide”. No!! You represent the company!! The bus driver didn’t seem to know where he was going and the bus bathroom was DISGUSTING and without soap or paper towels. The stops were bery rushed and while John was knowledgeable, the ad says that the guides are real actors. There was absolutely nothing theatrical about his presentation or appearance. I would say that you could easily drive through Jersey and do this tour on your own. Think twice about spending the money
