The bus cannot wait for late-arriving participants.
There is no assigned seating on the bus, and it's first come, first serve.
Children under 18 years old, including babies, are unfortunately not allowed on the tour, as the content of the tour and several of its stops are not suitable for young children. Please also keep in mind that a couple of the stops on the tour – such as the Bada Bing – do have their own age minimums, and it is up to the discretion of these establishments whom to allow in.
Limited wheelchair accessibility - please contact the tour operator 24 hours in advance. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.

Fabulous tour. We are a family of adults so was able to enjoy all aspects of the tour. John was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to all the fans of sopranos but also great for those who just enjoy looking at different neighbourhoods

Brilliant tour with a brilliant tour guy called John ( curly hair man who reminded me of Christopher ☺️) he had so much knowledge of the show I can’t wait to re watch it we also had a fab coach driver called keith Highly recommend the tour

Well there would have been many highlights IF THE PROVDER TURNED UP!!!!! Waited for an hour for a non existent bus. Tour operator blamed agent and agent blamed tour operator. So one of the main reasons we travelled to New York for never happened. ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VIATOR.
