We take you into Salem’s darkest corners and consecrate our otherworldly past by sharing our city’s sinister tales of deception, greed, torture, murder, curses and delve into the supernatural.
Learn about Harry Houdini’s silver handcuffs and seances, multiple suicides and grisly murders, inhumane living conditions for Massachusetts’ worst criminals, and even learn about our very own sadistic Sheriff appropriately nicknamed “The Strangler”. This tour visits some of the most notoriously haunted locations in Salem with numerous documented ghost sightings and unusual paranormal activity. We pass by 400 year old cemeteries, uninhabited haunted homes, 2 of the most haunted Hotels in America, as you relive Salem’s most terrifying moments. Adults only, 18+. ***Adult Mature Content including descriptive murder, sexual assault and torture.

Our Tours run rain or shine, we do not cancel for weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly.

Wheelchairs and scooters are welcome, however, be aware that salem has brick sidewalks, uneven surfaces and narrow areas. Visitors assume all responsibility with wheelchairs and WCWT will not be held liable.
By choosing to purchase a ticket, you and your ticketed guests will be agreeing to our liability waiver which includes a release of liability on our tours as well as a photo release.
We do not enter any buildings or cemeteries on this tour, this is an outdoor activity only.
Tour group size may be up to 39 guests per group
There are no public restrooms on the tour route. Please plan accordingly.

The stories shared were so interesting and ones we had never heard before. Violet was so knowledgeable and was able to answer additional questions. Great storyteller! Great experience! Highly recommended!

Witch City is by far the best tour company in Salem! They hire high quality professional tour guides. Our tour guide Violet was exceptional. She kept us captivated with her wealth of information and story telling. She even shares photos of recent paranormal activity captured by some of locals or previous customers.

The tour was the bomb! Late at night 8:45! Our guide was Violet and she was very knowledgeable and so fun to listen to! She took us to some areas and told us stories about events and ghost. All backed with photos that had been taken. Some on her tours and from other tours and employees! We were the only ones left in Salem at 10:00 in evening walking back to our car in the dark. That makes this Kentucky girl think “Did I really think this thru”😂😂😬
