The guide will take them through an ancient labyrinth. A walking meditation to clear any confusion in their energy. A native Hawaiian tradition to create presence and peace in our mind body and spirit. We will then walk to the nearby beach. Breathing exercises and coffee scrubbing our body to awaken and connect to ourselves. Finishing with a dip in the ocean to clean off the scrub and feel activated to enjoy the rest of your day.

Wow!! We stumbled upon Epic by chance and soooo happy we did. After having a great waterfall adventure we decided to try their Spiritual Adventure. Our guide Lorena was FANTASTIC!!! She led us through a guided meditation, some yoga (I'm a novice and she made sure it wasn't too much for me) and breathing exercises. I've never done breath work before and its hard to explain but when we finished I felt incredible, clear minded and light. We used the coffee scrub and jumped in the ocean to rinse off. She had fresh fruit for us to enjoy as we chatted about the experience and enjoyed the beautiful view. This is a Maui MUST EXPERIENCE!
