What an awesome way to see dolphins in the wild! These animals were not getting treats or performing at Sea World. They were just having fun in our wake, and we got to see them up close and personal. They are pretty close to the boat, so the back rows or the sides of the boat are the best places for viewing. On our trip, a group of 3 or 4 adult dolphins and 1 baby stayed with us for at least a mile, at 20 mph. The captain said he'd never seen a baby dolphin with that much stamina. The literature recommends bringing your camera and taking pictures, but I took video with my phone, and it turned out really well. Bring your jacket in the winter months, and be prepared for some spray, especially in the back of the boat. I wish I'd brought a hoodie, as my ears got a little cold, but any discomfort was totally worth it for the experience of "playing" with these wonderful animals. I highly recommend the Dolphin Racer Speedboat Adventure!
