We purchased a tour service in Spanish, but the operator did not have the service and only delivered in English. The boat was old, cold and there were not enough places to sit. The tour did not make the stops mentioned in the advertisements.

Our tours are bilingual, and we strive to provide the best service possible in both languages. As for the seating, we make sure that every reservation guarantees a seat, and we do not overbook beyond our capacity, so it's unusual that you were unable to find one. Additionally, our tours always follow the advertised itinerary, but if there were any discrepancies, we sincerely regret that. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will look into the matter to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The tour operator decided to change the hour of our trip - but forgot to inform us! We went across Manhatten to be in Time for Pick up in pier 36 - the darkest and most uncomfortable place in Manhatten I have been to ever - really unpmesant - Dark, scary with no people or light ! - and all that just to realise that the Pick up was moved to an house earlier!!! Thus we did not go. However it seems as we are getting a refund for our tickets after all - so at least they are fair!
