We enjoyed the guide, skipping the line, but did not appreciate paying for tickets to the pedestal and not getting them. This was a great disappointment for our group.

The trip was fine, but the hour in the park explaining about the statues was completely unnecessary. You could book a cheaper ticket and do without it.

Be careful what you pay for. Unpaid for pedestal access and did not receive it. We were also supposed to be on Liberty island longer and that time was significantly shortened.
