I did the Strange True New Orleans history tour on my second night in the city, and liked it so much that I signed up for the Women of New Orleans tour the next morning. Jeff is an excellent and knowledgeable guide, super friendly, and you end up learning so much about the history, culture and spirit of New Orleans. The Women of NOLA tour was especially intriguing and inspiring, but I won't give the good stories away by divulging too much about any of it. Seriously: check out Strange True tours when you visit New Orleans. Why settle for fabricated ghost stories when the *real* stories are just as crazy and cool, if not cooler? Best of luck to you Jeff in all that you do--you're doing a really great thing!

My girlfriend and I had the great fortune to be the only two people booked on the tour the day we went. No problem, Jeff still gave us the full tour treatment and even a little more since he could tell us stories not normally presented to a bigger more diverse group. We went on the cemetary tour and were entranced with the wealth of information Jeff imparted to us. Wait until you find out why they have have above ground burials; it is not why you would imagine it to be. If you want a fun, fact, filled tour by a person who has done his research, look no further than Jeff and Strange True Tours. Jeff is the owner of this new tour company, and as measured by our experience, they both should have a very bright future.

Our New Orleans adventure was totally rounded out by the Strange True tour we took offered by this company. Our tour guide, Jeffrey, was so well versed on all the history, details and dates of New Orleans, it made it so very interesting. His presentation of the tour was perfect, moved at a perfect pace to get us out of the heat, and all the little stories only a local would know added to making this tour a great one. I recommend it highly. My red hat ladies and I enjoyed ourselves very much.
